This competition will now be swum as a single session, with warm-up at 12:15pm and start at 1pm. We anticipate finishing by 5:30pm at the latest. If necessary, we will have a 20 minute comfort break for officials to ensure compliance with ASA direction on session lengths. 

The reason for this is that there are fewer entries for the older age groups, meaning that session 2 would be short and swimmers would get little recovery time between events.

All age groups will be seeded together, based on entry times. Awards will of course be made on an individual age group basis.
