Winter Club Championships 2007

 

The Bluefins Winter Club Championships are structured to be part of the overall swimming calendar as follows:

  1. Swimmers compete in the Club Championships to get entry times for the Hampshire County Championships.
  2. Swimmers compete in the County Championships to get entry times for the South East Region Championships.
  3. Swimmers compete in the South East Region Championships to get entry times for the National Championships.

To achieve this, our Club Championships this year has the same format as the Hampshire County Championships. We will be offering the same range of strokes and the top swimmer in each age group will be decided on British Age Group points using the same formula as at the County Championships.

Notes

  1. There will be no spectator entry fee on Sunday November 18th or Sunday November 25th. (This is because swimming is taking place in periods where the cost of the pool has already been covered by training fees.
  2. On Saturday December 1st and Sunday December 2nd, there will be an entry for spectators as follows (in each case, the entry fee includes a programme).
