Monday 7:30-8:15 pm/8:15-9:00 pm (depending on age)
Tuesday 7:15-8:15 pm
Friday 7:15-8:15 pm
Mornings By invitation
Commitment: 3 sessions per week plus mornings by invitation
Feeder groups: Swimfit, Swimskills, external sources
Criteria: Commitment to training, time permitting
Development: Technique, speed, endurance, relays, competition skills.
Competition: League galas, open meets, club meets.
